Who you're dealing with

Looky Studio is a product of Paranoid Software — the same party responsible for the personal data described in our Privacy Policy. This page describes how the Looky Studio platform is provided and paid for. The Privacy Policy is a separate document and covers the forms on this website.

What your plan covers

Your plan is access to the platform:

• Your dashboards and visualizations, available to your users.
• Queries running against your own data sources.
• Exports and PDF delivery.
• Publishing your content.
• Cache storage.
• Product updates and standard support.

It does not include implementation services (see below), nor the third-party services you contract yourself — your data warehouse, your AI provider, and anything else you bring.

Credits and extra usage

Looky measures usage in credits. Each action the platform runs for you consumes credits according to what it costs to run — opening a dashboard, exporting a PDF, publishing content, reading the structure of a data source, validating a query. Opening a visualization that is already cached doesn't consume credits.

Your plan includes a monthly credit allowance. The allowance renews with each monthly cycle, and unused credits don't carry over.

If you go past your allowance, the platform doesn't block you. The extra usage is recorded and billed at the close of the cycle, at the extra-usage rate stated in your plan. The Free plan has no extra usage: when the allowance runs out, the account waits for the next renewal or moves to a paid plan.

Billing

During a preferential period — an early-adopter or introductory arrangement — no invoice is issued for the platform. When charging begins, the invoicing modality and the billing details are defined at that point.

Invoices for the platform are issued by an Ecuadorian natural person, subject to the statutory withholdings that apply.

Implementation services are separate

Implementation services are not part of Looky and are not part of any plan. They are agreed and invoiced separately, by Pablo Pinargote, at the rate agreed with you. They cover work such as:

• Training and hands-on support for your teams.
• Designing and building dashboards and visualizations for you, when your own people don't do it themselves.
• Data extraction processes and running them.
• Data preparation and transformation.
• Data-quality analysis.
• Data governance and data engineering.

What your Looky plan covers is the platform being available and running what is already built — queries, exports, publishing, cache, product updates and support.

AI costs are yours

Looky doesn't sell, resell or broker AI services, and isn't tied to any provider. You choose the provider, and you can change it whenever you want.

Looky is built so that your own agent can author your content. Looky itself carries no embedded AI — no copilot, no natural-language querying, no automatic insights.

When you use an agent, it runs on your own subscription or your own API key, and the cost goes directly to your provider. Looky never charges for tokens and never adds a margin on top of them. Your relationship with the AI provider is yours, under their terms — not ours.

Your content and your data

You connect your own data sources with your own credentials. Your data stays yours and lives in your sources. Looky processes it to run your queries and show you the result — we don't sell it, and we don't use it for anything else.

Your content — models, visualizations and dashboards — is created by you and published through a validation step with a person in the loop. The final audience is read-only by design: viewers see what's published, they don't build or edit it.

Accounts and roles

Access to Looky is by invitation, and there are three roles:

• Owner — responsible for the account. Invites developers and users.
• Developer — creates and manages workspaces, models, visualizations and dashboards under the account.
• User (viewer) — read-only access to the workspaces they were invited to.

An account itself isn't granted by invitation — Looky Studio provisions it when you sign up. The owner decides who is invited and at what level, and deleting a workspace is the owner's decision.

Prices, and changes to this page

Current prices are launch prices. Any future adjustment is communicated in advance, and is never applied retroactively.

If we change these terms, we'll update this page and the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
